Research Areas

The goal of our research efforts is to find solutions for chemical challenges which cannot be adequately addressed with the current synthetic state of the art. We want to utilize the selectivity molecular recognition offers, to overcome such chemical challenges. One research project is dealing with the highly selective derivatization of unprotected drug molecules. In another one we explore the potential of nano-reaction chambers as highly selective catalysts for organic reactions.
